When I was young I was a petite gymnast. Thirty years later, after having two children, I was the heaviest I had ever been as you can see in my before picture! I started taking The Dancer’s Workout once a week in Sept 2012, then increased to 3-4 times a week. At that point, the weight starting falling off! Now I feel like my old self again!
It’s hard to describe the shame you feel when your body is out of control. On the flip side, it’s hard to describe the joy you feel when you get your body back! I couldn’t have done it without The Dancer’s Workout. I have taken over 200 of The Dancer’s Workout classes, and it has brought me immeasurable joy!
