MY STORY

Hi there! My name is Natasha and I have been dancing since I was 5 years old. Eventhough I was the youngest (and smallest) girl on stage, my mom always said I was going through all the motions with energy and a smile on my face. I have always loved dance and it has been a very important part of my life. Over the years, I have danced to jazz, baton, tap, and ballet en pointe. I was taking classes every year and frequently multiple times a week. When I went to college, dance started to fade from my life. My schedule didn’t allow me to take one class let alone multiple.

 

What TDW Means to Me:
I was worried that the only way to keep dance in my life as an adult would be to take the same intermediate/advanced ballet classes over and over again. Nope! The Dancer’s Workout has proven me wrong. Being a part of a group that has such energy and fun with every class has restored a balance in my life that had been missing. My positivity, light and happiness has fully returned now that dancing is back in my life. I am so grateful that this program exists. After each class, I feel energized and ready to take on the world!
